Privacy Policy

Draft for review · Updated October 22, 2026

This draft explains the current handling of information on the Demand Strategy Co. website, operated by Megan Clark, an independent marketing consultant based in Utah. It should be reviewed and finalized before publication.

Information you provide

When you send an inquiry, the contact form collects your name, email address, message, and any company name or service interest you choose to provide. An inquiry timestamp is also recorded. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential client materials through an initial inquiry.

The administrative sign-in experience processes account credentials and session information for website management. Public visitors do not need an account to read the website or submit an inquiry.

How inquiry information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond to your questions, understand your business needs, discuss possible consulting work, and keep relevant correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Information used for a subsequent client engagement may also be addressed in the applicable client agreement.

Service providers and technical processing

The website is built and previewed using Lovable, and Lovable Cloud processes and stores contact submissions and website content and supports administrative authentication. These providers process information needed to operate the website; inquiry information is not handled solely on your device. Authorized website administrators can view and delete contact submissions.

The website loads typography from Google Fonts. Your browser requests font resources from Google, which receives technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. Some published pages or articles may also load cover images from external providers chosen for that content; those providers receive the associated browser requests.

Website delivery involves technical requests that hosting and infrastructure providers may process for operation, reliability, and security. Provider-specific logging, retention, cookie practices, and processing locations have not been fully verified for a published deployment. Those details should be confirmed before this draft is finalized.

We do not sell inquiry information. Information may be processed by providers that help operate the website or manage correspondence, and may be disclosed when required by applicable law. Third-party sites reached through external links have their own privacy practices.

Cookies, browser storage, and tracking

We are not intentionally implementing advertising pixels, visitor analytics trackers, or marketing cookies at launch. This statement describes the website's current application configuration; it is not a guarantee that infrastructure providers perform no technical processing.

The Services page uses browser session storage to remember that the small-business invitation has already appeared. This prevents repeated invitations during that browser-tab session and is not used for advertising.

Administrative authentication uses browser local storage to persist a signed-in session outside the embedded editor preview. The embedded Lovable preview may instead coordinate authentication with the editor. Optional editor error-reporting hooks can receive diagnostic errors when available in that preview.

The website's application code does not directly set cookies. Hosting or service providers may use their own technical cookies or processing; their behavior has not been fully verified for the published deployment. Browser settings can restrict cookies and storage, although doing so may affect administrative sign-in or the invitation's session behavior.

Security

The website uses access controls to restrict access to submitted inquiries and administrative features. Reasonable care should be taken when handling inquiry information and account access. No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending sensitive information through the contact form.

Retention and deletion requests

Inquiry records are kept to support responses, relevant business correspondence, and any applicable recordkeeping needs. The website does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule. Records can be deleted by an authorized administrator; provider backups or logs may follow separate retention practices.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing the address below. We may need to verify the requester's identity before acting. Requests are considered subject to applicable law, legitimate recordkeeping needs, and technical limitations, including provider backup retention. No fixed response deadline or immediate removal from all backups is promised by this draft.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when website features, providers, or information practices change. Updates will be posted here with a revised date, and any additional notice required by applicable law will be provided.
